Title: Grants Project Manager
Location: Varick Street / Headquarters
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Grants Management- Manage or assist the preparation and submission grant applications, progress reports, and required documentation.
- Manage post award requirements.
- Ensure grants compliance with regulatory, fiduciary and programmatic requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement grant objectives and activities.
- Manage grant activities timelines and deliverables.
- Develop, prepare, and monitor budgets in collaboration with the Healthcare Grants & Financial Analyst.
- Serve as the department liaison with Project Officers and Grants Management Specialists.
- Prepare and participate in grant audits. Optimize the grant administration process.
- Work in collaboration with the Development team, Chief Medical Officer and Senior Director of Clinical Operations to opportunities for funding.
- Monitor all grant-related per expenditures and drawn downs in collaboration with the Healthcare Grants & Financial Analyst.
- Collaborate with finance team to track and analyze financial data to ensure expenditures align with budgets monthly.
- Manage the healthcare personnel salary tracker in collaboration with the Healthcare Grants & Financial Analyst.
- Prepare agenda and documents for all board meeting and healthcare committee meeting.
- Ensure compliance with grants regulations and requirements in board meeting.
- Associates degree.
- Minimum two (2) years knowledge of HRSA, Ryan White, private and NYS DOH grants management experience.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, organization, scheduling skills
- Strong customer service / relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree
