The Manager, Technical Project Management for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for actively participating in the introduction of new products on the New Product Introduction team in Operations. You will collaborate with Staff Project Management to ensure compatibility with current and future manufacturing processes and capabilities.
Together, you’ll lead, coordinate, or participate in operations-related activities required for the transfer of new products to routine production such as scale-up, process development/optimization, technology transfer, process validation, test method validation, and cost analysis.
You’ll also partner with R&D teams to assess manufacturability throughout the Innovation Development Process of new immunoassay reagent products and conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review meetings routinely. Other responsibilities include serving as a technical liaison for other departments with regards to new product introduction activities, including, but not limited to bill of materials, reference material, reagent formulation, and standard operating procedures.
