Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of overseeing various aspects of land development operations, from coordinating with local, state, and federal jurisdictions for permit approvals to managing project schedules and budgets. Your responsibilities will include:
● Driving land development projects.
● Communication, coordination and scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, city inspectors and utility companies.
● Reviewing civil construction plan sets for completeness.
● Seek value engineering and efficiency opportunities.
● Assist with the preparation of bid documents, bid spreads, and budgets.
● Managing development budgets and cash flows, from project conception to final acceptance for accountability and accuracy.
● Establish and maintain project schedules.

Qualifications:
● Experience in subdivision development or related development trade, preferably homebuilding.
● Excellent communication, scheduling and coordinating skills.
● Ability to balance and provide direction when conflicting priorities occur with contractors.
● Ability to multi-task and follow projects and tasks through to completion.
● A strong interest in and desire to learn to become an expert in this field.
● Ability to split time between the office and the field.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel (preferred).
● Familiarity with AutoCAD and Bluebeam (preferred)
