Being a Project Management Manager develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set and manage quality targets. Addresses internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develops solutions. Additionally, Project Management Manager tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track. Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree. Actalent Services (formerly EASi LLC) is hiring a Program Manager with food&beverage experience for a permanent leadership role offering location and remote flexibility. The Program Manager will oversee multiple services engagements and Actalent's corresponding consultant teams - and is responsible for the daily operations, consultant management and client communication for onsite delivery programs in our CapEx Project Management Practice. Primary responsibilities include managing onboarding, client expectations and operational project deliverables as described in the statement of work (SOW), and compliance to all Actalent standards and processes. This position involves significant interaction with Actalent’s support teams and internal partners to ensure our customers’ and consultants’ expectations are met. Success in this role requires a highly motived individual with experience in CapEx project management (food&beverage industry preferred), employee or contractor management and a proven record of achievement working in fast-paced environments.
