Project Management Manager manages and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects. Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Being a Project Management Manager develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set and manage quality targets. Addresses internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develops solutions. Additionally, Project Management Manager tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track. Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Summary/Objective
The Project exists to eliminate the disparities in health experienced by LGBTQ persons, people living with or at risk of contracting HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus), or HCV (Hepatitis C) through education and the provision of services that promote health and wellness.
The HIV Medical Case Manager is responsible for the case management, including medication and treatment adherence services, of people living with HIV in the Quad Cities and surrounding service areas. The Medical Case Manager is responsible for working in partnership with other community organizations and assessing the biopsychosocial needs of clients. The HIV Medical Case Manager is a member of the Public Health Services Department.
