Progressive Urban Property Management is a growing company seeking an MAINTENANCE PROJECT MANAGER. We provide property management services from single family homes to multi-family apartment buildings. Our properties are in Cuyahoga county with most of them in the Cleveland, Euclid, and Lakewood areas. We are looking for a skilled and experienced project manager. Responsibilities for this position includes:
* Manage the make ready process to turn vacant units for new tenants
* Facilitate the weekly turns meeting with management, leasing, and maintenance
* Work with in house teams, sub contractors, and general contractors on job statuses
* Interview and onboard new sub contractors and general contractors
* Resolve any issues that may arise with projects
* Communicate status to the team and to property owners
* May need to visit properties to check on status. Monthly fuel allowance provided and trip fees may be paid depending on the visit type.
* Previous Property Management and residential maintenance experience preferred
* Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
The position will require 35-40 hours a week and will be a W2 position. Position will be mostly at our office in Ohio City but remote work is available 1-2 days a week after manager approval. No health insurance benefits are provided at this time but we do provide paid vacation time, paid holidays, gas stipend, trip fees (when applicable), and bonuses.
