Project Management Manager manages and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects. Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Being a Project Management Manager develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set and manage quality targets. Addresses internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develops solutions. Additionally, Project Management Manager tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track. Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require a project management certification. Typically reports to a director. The Project Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Project Management Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Human Resources Management:
    Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
    Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
    Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and providing guidance to employees and management.
    Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans. Employee Development:
    Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    Support career development initiatives and succession planning to nurture talent within the organization. Compensation and Benefits:
    Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits packages.
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits. Personnel Records and Compliance:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
    Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment contracts, and other legal requirements related to employment. Administrative Operations:
    Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions, including office supplies, facilities maintenance, and equipment management.
    Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services, supplies, and maintenance. Health and Safety:
    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and create a safe working environment for employees.
    Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures. Budget and Resource Management:
    Manage the HR and administrative budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.
    Allocate resources effectively to meet departmental and organizational needs. Communication and Coordination:
    Facilitate effective communication between management, employees, and various departments.
    Collaborate with senior management to align HR and administrative strategies with overall organizational goals. Policy Development:
    Develop and update organizational policies and procedures related to HR, administration, and workplace practices. Employee Engagement:
    Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    Several years of relevant experience in HR and administration, with a proven track record in leadership and management.
    Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office suite.
    Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
    Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    The HR and Administration Manager role is instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, maintaining compliance with regulations, and facilitating the smooth operation of an organization's administrative functions.
