Project Management Manager manages and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects. Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Being a Project Management Manager develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set and manage quality targets. Addresses internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develops solutions. Additionally, Project Management Manager tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track. Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require a project management certification. Typically reports to a director. The Project Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Project Management Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • ROLE:

    The Project Manager/Estimator will coordinate and guide commercial and residential jobs through the scheduling and execution stages. Will serve as the focal point for communication among the various involved parties. Will service all prospective customers with the objective of meeting their needs and building long-term business relationships. Ensure that our customers' needs and expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on written proposals and change orders. Develop a close working relationship with the owner, contractor, estimators, and painting crews to ensure all expectations set forth in the scope of work are met. our values are focused on delivering the best painting service in the industry.


    RESPONSIBLILIES:

    • Reviews request for proposals, specifications, and drawings.
    • Generates detailed scopes of work.
    • Prepares material quantity for bids and change orders as requested.
    • Solicits and obtains material and subcontractor quotes.
    • Develops supplier relationships, which requires telephone, email, and in-person outreach.
    • Works as part of a team in an office and/or jobsite settings.
    • Identifies and reports errors, ambiguities, and missing information in contract documents.
    • Supports the bid day closing of the estimate.
    • Assists with post-bid analysis.
    • Managers and completes tasks in a timely manner.
    • Supervises set-up/completion of jobs.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience in painting in the field and supervising start-up of jobs and completion of jobs.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating projects preferred.
    • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
    • Have experience or are familiar with using Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets; Google Docs or Word: Procore preferred. file management using Google Drive.
    • Comfortable communicating via Email/Gmail: DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat.
