Project Management Manager manages and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects. Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Being a Project Management Manager develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set and manage quality targets. Addresses internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develops solutions. Additionally, Project Management Manager tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track. Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require a project management certification. Typically reports to a director. The Project Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Overview:
AllSeason Solar looking for motivates, talented QAQC Project Management / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be able to set up processes and procedures. Supporting our Solar Installation department such as order, return, OSD report.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities include warehousing, inventory the pulling and staging of materials, the loading of installation trucks.
Inventory Control.
Review and reporting up to date materials cost / budget
Maintain adequate inventory levels in the warehouse.
Entering the data and creating data such as ordering and returning and OSD etc..
Other tasks and duties as assigned mostly up to date follow up material quotes.
Entering Installed Solar System to System management software to activate.
Review PV Design to make sure all the materials part is ordered correctly.
Requirements:
Full time 40 hour a week Monday-Friday availability
Experience working in an office environment
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Completely tech savvy
Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must be detailed oriented
Proficient in MS Office programs
Google Suite Experience a plus
Able to manage multiple projects and prioritizing tasks with minimal errors
Experience in PV installations, PV design/engineering, and solar system troubleshooting
Job related experience in project coordination
