Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Sam’s Club is a dynamic and innovative company that values teamwork, integrity, and dedication to excellence. As a Sr. Manager, Project Management, you will be supporting operations in our growing Omni and eComm businesses such as Curbside and Delivery from Club. Working onsite in Bentonville, AR, you will assist in building and maintaining the Fulfillment business for our associates and Members.

What you'll do:

• Ensure successful execution of projects related to the operations of a growing Fulfillment business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and proactively address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery. Implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation for our associates.
• Design and execute training to enhance the skills and knowledge of Fulfillment associates and leaders.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet conflicting deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
