The Commissioning Project Manager provides effective leadership and management for project delivery of professional services. This Position is the primary representative of the firm and is the most visible person to our clients together while directly maintaining effective positive business relationships. This person will self-perform project management and field testing. Field experience and proficiency as well as confidence in utilizing BAS and coordinating with tradespersons is essential.
This position will join our Spokane team overseeing and executing a wide variety of project types. Knowledge and experience in commissioning, MEP engineering, MEP contracting, TAB or Building Automation are a must.
We offer a flexible work environment with a variety of daily duties including both remote and onsite efforts working with a broad range of persons.
This position is responsible for effectively managing client relationships, either by securing additional services to existing clients, pursuing new projects with new and existing clients or through pursuing new clients, networking with others about opportunities, and collaborating with marketing department.
