Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs. Being a Project Engineering Manager oversees product construction and testing in order to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible. Evaluates and approves changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project. Additionally, Project Engineering Manager monitors progress and performance against the project plan. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Project Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Job Summary:
The ideal Project Manager candidate will have experience in project management, engineering design, property management and/or construction inspections. The Project Manager will be responsible for a group of projects that includes but is not limited to site inspections for construction projects, assessments, erosion monitoring, and infrastructure designs. Typical clients include developers and property associations. The position will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget and that the company’s high standards are met.
