This position is expected to work independently with minimal supervision in moderate to complex actions and issues. It will require technical and organizational ability and a high degree of accuracy and independence, including but not limited to; organizing and maintaining the department SharePoint site, working with project managers to track and monitor project files, make sure that Teams and SharePoint are up to date, and access to said SharePoint project files. This position will act on own initiative while performing advanced SharePoint and other administrative duties for Construction and Project Management (C&PM). Requires detailed knowledge of company operations, organization procedures, and personnel. Within established guidelines makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work. Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment, analyze conflicting demands, and make recommendations to management. Maintains a general knowledge of the various capital and O&M projects. Demonstrates extensive interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and company employees using our core values as a guide.
