    We are looking to add a Senior Engineering Project Manager to their growing team. This role will focus on the design, construction, and management of infrastructure related to the "Petrochemical projects". The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years working on multiple projects at once, focused on petrochemical projects. They possess a positive attitude and believe strongly in collaboration, teamwork, and cross-functional partnerships within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and support staff, to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Ensure that engineering deliverables meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial success.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, addressing engineering challenges and ensuring the application of best practices.
    • Conducts cost analysis throughout the project to determine estimates to complete and/or additional funding requirements.
    • Ensures compliance with client contractual requirements, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Experience working in the office on multiple projects with a team, working across many disciplines
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.
    • Proactive and initiative-driven, anticipating client needs and ability to juggle multiple projects with quality results
    • Authorization to work for any U.S. employer.

    Education & Experience:

    • A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) license is required / Louisiana.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of petrochemical project-related project management experience.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
