This group delivers project development, engineering, permitting, and construction administration services in the retail/commercial, energy, and public infrastructure markets. Project managers are responsible for setting overall project strategy, oversight of project work prepared by project engineers, overseeing the delivery process and coordination with other discipline(s) internal or external to BL Companies. and management of program controls.
This position requires retail, commercial and residential land development, energy, or public infrastructure experience. Client and government agency interactions and excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary. Professional Engineers License is required.
