    Our company is seeking a dedicated and innovative Engineering Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position that provides a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-impact role where you can make a significant contribution to our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of engineering projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
    2. Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders.
    3. Deliver project objectives on-time, within scope, and within budget.
    4. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders.
    5. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
    6. Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle.
    7. Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
    8. Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
    9. Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.

    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
    2. Proven working experience in project management in the engineering sector.
    3. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
    4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    6. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
    7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    8. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
    9. Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
    10. Proficiency in project management software tools.
    11. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    12. Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
    13. Ability to work on tight deadlines.
    14. Experience in manufacturing, product development, lean manufacturing, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
