    General responsibilities include:
    • Review project schedules and provide recommendations based on execution goals
    • Perform critical path analyses and identify schedule-related problems, recommend corrective actions
    • Conduct site walks for progress validation and prepare monthly reporting packages for the project site team
    • Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program
    • Review the contractor’s progress and present it to management for decision-making
    • Communicate project status and challenges effectively
    • Review and evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule


    Requirements:
    • Two to four years of construction experience in any of the following industries,
    • Airports
    • Wastewater or Water facilities
    • Healthcare/Laboratories
    • Pharmaceutical
    • Manufacturing
    • Government facilities (USACE/NAFAC/Public Safety)
    • Educational (K-12 schools/Higher Education)
    • Commercial (Office Buildings/Lodging)
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Passion and commitment to learning and participating in the BootCamp program

    Details:
    • Bootcamp will begin on February 5.
