Job Description: Job Title: Project Manager

Description: LPL Financial is seeking a Project Manager within LPL s Supervision organization. This role will partner lead and manage large, complex and multifaceted Supervision initiatives across business, product, and technology teams.

The Project Manager will have the responsibility to:

Partner with Supervision, Compliance, Legal, Relationship Management and Product leaders to lead and manage program and organization readiness for Supervision initiatives

Regular interaction with senior inter/cross-departmental leadership, as well as hosting the executive steering committee, to ensure awareness and alignment

Lead and facilitate the initiative s direction with workstream leaders to ensure alignment of vision and clarity into deliverables and status across the project

Roll up status for program team and executive audiences

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in business administration or mathematics or related discipline

7 years of professional project management experience in the financial services/brokerage industry

Advanced organizational and communication skills, the ability to operate in a highly dynamic multi-tasking environment, and demonstrated ability to creatively define, develop, and execute plans to solve highly complex matters

Proven ability to manage concurrent complex projects and prioritize delivery

Experience delivering business outcomes for complex initiatives from building the business case through measuring adoption of the new solution

Excellent communication, presentation, written, and interpersonal skills needed to influence customers, (internal and external) and other managers

Ability to deploy change management approaches, best practices and tools that will support the transformation introduced with complex programs
