Summary
Wiegmann Associates is searching for a Project Manager to join our controls team. This Controls Project Manager will manage the controls portion of local St. Louis and nationwide plan/spec and design/build projects. The Controls Project Manager will manage all aspects of control system installation, including but not limited to assist with preparing bid packages, bidding projects to controls subcontractors, reviewing proposals from controls subcontractors, work with the mechanical project manager to issue contracts to the controls subcontractor, ordering and receiving control system parts, manage delivery of parts to controls subcontractors as necessary, communicate with controls subcontractors and visit job sites as necessary to oversee the installation progress.
The scope of the position requires a high-functioning, results-oriented, self-directed professional with the ability to acclimate to fast-paced, changing environments while performing a variety of complex tasks requiring initiative and a significant amount of judgement in solving problems. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills are required.
