Consor is in need of a Senior Project Controls Manager with strong communication skills to build relationships and rapport while working with multiple stakeholder groups on a $2B project. The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for leading a team of three to five cost engineers as well as a group of on-call estimators and a part-time scheduler; strategy and risk assessment; budget oversight; and monitoring the design-builder’s procurement strategy.
As a key member of our Project Management Team, you’ll provide the day-to-day Management of project controls and be responsible for cost control and schedule monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll manage the overall program cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.
Salary Range: $180,000 to $220,000
