Responsibilities:
- Marketing activities including Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, PPC, SEO, Physical Marketing, Mailers, Handouts, Pamphlets, Etc.
- Creating Brand Guidelines, Ordering Marketing Materials, Designing Marketing Materials
- Outreach including Event Planning, Event Coordination, Tabling
- Grant Writing abilities (REAP Grant specialty preferred)
- Grant Document organization
- Provide administrative support to project teams and managers
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Maintain project files and records in an organized manner
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for project team members
- Monitor project progress and update project schedules as needed
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project updates
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a project administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google Suite programs
- Experience with data entry and file management systems
- Knowledge of office management procedures and customer service principles
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
