Responsibilities:
All basic accounting procedures and processes
Processes incoming invoices (AP) with open purchase orders in preparation for payment to vendors, issues/prepares payment and records/files documentation
Prepares/Processes internal check requests, expense reports, credit card statement reconciliation, bank statements and merchant accounts
Prepares and processes billing invoices in a timely manner
Contacts vendors whenever problems arise with invoices or collections are needed
Liaison between CPA for tax preparation and financial reports
Maintains the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable files/reports on an ongoing basis
Create accounting processes and procedures as necessary
