Job Summary
We are currently hiring an administrative professional whose primary function will be as a Junior Project Administrator on our Customer Service team with advancement opportunities in Project Administration. The applicant needs to be able to work independently with little supervision, be well organized, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industry with short timelines.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Processing quote requests, ship dates and project releases
· Customer service-related functions
· Processing contract change orders
· Maintaining customer logs as needed
· Assisting management in administrative project
· Other duties as requested

Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; Google sheets a plus!
· Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
· Communicates effectively both verbally, and in writing
· Experience with project management, plans and specs reading is a plus.
