Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. As you build relationships with the people you support, you will share in the joy that they experience when learning a new skill that promotes independence in everyday life.
Qualifications:
- Must have compassion for others and the desire to support adults with disabilities
- Must be able to work M-F (daytime)
- Driving record in good standing
- 3-5 years’ minimum instructional experience or Bachelor’s 1 year relevant experience
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field
