Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Responsibilities:The BCBA-Clinical Supervisor is responsible for managing a small caseload of learners' individualized ABA programs while providing supervision to each team of Behavior Technicians and Case Managers, and conducting parent training.
Essential Functions:
- Assess and identify goals, design individualized programming
- Analyze data and make necessary tactic changes to meet goals
- Design and monitor implementation of behavioral techniques
- Provide parent training ensure open communication about treatment, progress, and concerns
- Conduct weekly case management
- Supervise Behavior Technicians and Case Managers
- Collaborate with Scheduler to optimize treatment utilization
- Collaborate with Director to conduct staff evaluations, in service-workshops, and to develop new training materials
- Services are in homes up to 30 minutes from Alpine
Qualifications:
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum
- Experience providing training and supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Experience providing parent training
- Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments
- Experience with insurance funded protocols
