Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Work with Domestic Violence Offenders, oversee, manage and implement the program's service delivery, monitor the offender's progress, and provide guidance and support to program staff and participants.
This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills and a deep understanding of the domestic violence system and the complexities of offender rehabilitation.
This position may include evening and weekend work relevant to the position.
Conducts public relations activities to enhance the image of CFS in the community
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Masters' Degree in a Social Service-related field from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency.
EXPERIENCE
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Knowledge of area of program concentration.
