Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Program Supervisor to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Outpatient team designed to provide crisis interventions and support to adults and children.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    As the Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the outpatient clinic teams in Elizabeth City and Ahoskie, NC in addition to the Hertford Mobile Clinic. You will be in charge of marketing, quality improvement and compliance, team training, as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies. The Supervisor provides site supervision as well as direct supervision of the Port Health team to ensure growth, consistency, and continued financial viability of the program; the ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral team leadership position.

    What We’re Looking For

     

    To join our team as the Program Supervisor you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application, possess top-tier communication skills, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis, and be able to provide on-call support every 9 weeks in the rotation. We also require:

     

    • Full Substance Abuse and/or MH licensure
      1.  LCAS, CCS, LCSW, LCMHC
    • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience; in substance abuse preferred
    • Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
