Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Program Manager - Social Service typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Provide personalized coaching sessions to support community members in setting goals and developing actionable plans
- Advise on the various side job opportunities available in today's gig economy, including freelancing, online platforms, and local gigs
- Conduct research on market trends and advancements in the side gig economy to offer up-to-date advice and strategies
- Conduct mock interviews and assist with interview preparation to enhance community members' chances of securing side job opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials and resources to support community members' career journeys
