Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Being a Program Manager (Non-Profit) monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Position: 180 Degrees, a Human Services Non Profit, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee our Southern Minnesota 12-bed emergency youth shelter in Rochester! The Senior Manager will supervise, direct, and oversee all aspects of the shelter; including three case managers and multiple youth advocates. This position will provide direct supervision, support and oversight for all direct care staff.
