The Nurse Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of Nurse extern and residency programs and participants. The Program Manager serves as the Nursing liaison for DCH clinical affiliate partners and works closely with the human resources and nursing leadership teams to develop strategic recruitment plans to market DCH as an employer of choice to nursing professionals. The Program Manager maintains and updates vacancy reports for nursing staff, prepares staffing reports, and tracking of extern/residency staff within nursing. This position also assists in planning, organizing, and implementing creative ideas to recruit and retain nursing staff.
