Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Being a Program Manager develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Additionally, Program Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a department head. The Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • The client IT Agency has acquired Ardoq, an enterprise architecture platform tool that will serve as the system of record for applications.
    • This tool needs to be rolled out to all 63 executive branch agencies, which will require data cleanup for the existing system of record, Archer, import of data into Ardoq, and training of the agencies in the use of the tool.
    • It will also include backward integration with Archer to ensure that data in both systems is in sync.
    • The individual filling this role would coordinate internally with other client teams such as Business Readiness and Customer Account Managers to establish a schedule for rollout across agencies.
    • The individual will work with the architects on the Enterprise Architecture team and other resources within CSRM to manage the tasks and assignments requisite to completing the rollout and coordinate the appropriate resources for the completion of these tasks.
    • The individual would also work directly with agency resources to manage issues related to the scheduling of training and any follow-up required post-training.
    • Candidates must have at least 8 years of Project Management, preferably with large project experience.
    • Active PMP cert.
