Job Overview:
We are seeking a Food Manager to join our team. As a Food Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate food production activities, including menu planning, recipe development, and ingredient sourcing
- Doing all food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure adherence to program standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare production records and meal counts for claim submission to food program
- Stay up-to-date with food program requirements and standards

Skills:
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations

- Ability to track and record meal patterns

- Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking

- Excellent time management

- Strong communication skills

- Organization and planning skills
