Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Being a Program Manager develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Additionally, Program Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a department head. The Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We are seeking a Food Manager to join our team. As a Food Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

    Duties:
    - Manage and coordinate food production activities, including menu planning, recipe development, and ingredient sourcing
    - Doing all food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure adherence to program standards
    - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    - Develop and implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    - Prepare production records and meal counts for claim submission to food program
    - Stay up-to-date with food program requirements and standards

    Skills:
    - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations

    - Ability to track and record meal patterns

    - Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking

    - Excellent time management

    - Strong communication skills

    - Organization and planning skills
