Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Being a Program Manager develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Additionally, Program Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a department head. The Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position: CSL Program Manager
    Location: RICCA's Carl Stutsman Lodge (CSL) Program

    About Us:
    RICCA's Carl Stutsman Lodge (CSL) program is a Level 3.1 adult, residential, extended-care program dedicated to providing comprehensive support for men with significant substance use disorders. As the CSL Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide Program Direction and Community Engagement: Lead the overall direction of the CSL program, develop marketing strategies, and foster positive relations with the community and referral sources.
    • Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess program outcomes and implement enhancements for continuous improvement.
    • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient program operations, including food service and facility maintenance.
    • Financial/Fiscal Management: Develop and manage the program budget, handle resident fees, and explore additional funding opportunities.
    • Provide Counseling and Therapy: Conduct assessments, individual counseling sessions, and group therapy to support residents' recovery journey.
    • Client Case Coordination: Develop treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and facilitate referrals for ongoing care.

    Qualifications:

    • Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor certification or equivalent.
    • Strong knowledge of substance use disorders.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in computer usage preferred.
    • Valid driver’s license required.
