Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Being a Program Manager develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Additionally, Program Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a department head. The Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     This is a hybrid of work-from-home, and coming to the office as the department needs require. Must have an excellent driving record. Must have high-speed internet.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Perform site visits and audits, ensure drills and other visits are on schedule
    • Provide Training including but not limited to pre-service and in-service training.
    • Work with family, providers, and other agencies monthly
    • Enforce standard company policies and procedures and ensure all are in compliance.
    • Ensure all clients' visits, files, records, plans, and lists are up-to-date. Maintained according to policy/ procedure.
    • Meet attendance requirements established by the Director.
    • Works a flexible schedule, which can include long hours and weekends.
    • Performs other duties as assigned and needed.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Self-directed with the ability to think, operate and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
    • Accepts performance-based criticism and direction.
    • Ability to document and analyze documentation
    • Ability to handle all situations with professionalism and a positive attitude and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Knowledge of office computer applications and Microsoft Office suite of applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or business management software).

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum of three years of office management experience and/or college degree in a business administration-related field.
    • Experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is preferred.
    • Satisfactory criminal background check.
