Caring Places Management is actively seeking an Office Manager to join our Assisted Living Community, South Beach Manor, located in South Beach, OR. Reporting directly to the Administrator, the Office Manager fills a crucial role within the community and is responsible for the organization and daily operations of the front office. In addition to serving as the Personnel/Payroll liaison to the Managing Company, the Office Manager assists the Administrator in all phases of facility organization.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to providing exemplary customer service
• Prior experience in assisted living or leadership position is a plus but not required!
