The East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking one Full-time Director of the Senior Services Department located at 100 Bullocks Point Avenue in East Providence, RI. We seek a motivated individual committed to enabling elders to live independently and comfortably in the community.
Responsible for managing all aspects of EBCAPs Senior Services Case Management programs including hiring, supervising, evaluating, and training staff; providing consistent, culturally sensitive, and responsive case supervision; assisting in developing program budgets and responsible for managing the budgets; ensuring compliance with all contractual, billing, and regulatory requirements; and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to funders and other external partners. EBCAPs next Director of Senior Services will lead our implementation of Conflict Free Case Management for seniors who require a wide range of home and community-based supports. The Director will also manage Protective Services for seniors, funded by RIs Office of Healthy Aging, who may be experiencing self-neglect or are at risk for maltreatment. Senior Services is one component of EBCAPs Family Development Division, a growing division of social service and health equity programs; and the Director and their staff collaborate closely with other Family Development programs as well as EBCAPs Integrated Health Division. The ideal candidate will have extensive case management experience and a great understanding of the needs of older individuals who need support and their families. Experience in serving individuals with disabilities is also preferred.
Minimum Required Education:
Masters Degree in Social Work or Masters in a related field.
