Program Director (Non-Profit) develops the programs and teams to fulfill the mission, vision, and goals of a non-profit organization. Designs policies, procedures, and strategies to meet program objectives. Being a Program Director (Non-Profit) oversees program operations and leads and coordinates the activities of program teams and partners. Utilizes data-driven analysis and forecasting to measure and evaluate the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Director (Non-Profit) develops budgets and may manage the grant proposal process. Organizes and oversees fundraising and community outreach events. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an executive. The Program Director (Non-Profit) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Program Director (Non-Profit) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • Are you highly organized and enjoy interacting with people? Are you proficient in all MS Office products? Do you want to work for an organization that makes an impact? If so, we have a new Administrative Assistant position available that supports our Community Service Programs. You will provide administrative support such as answering calls, filing, creating documents, ordering and maintaining supplies, scheduling meetings, and data entry. In this role, you will be integral to the continued success of our programs supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by assisting with state-required certifications and being the go-to person for the Community Services Director and Program Managers when they need assistance.

    We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, dependable, and who can maintain confidentiality. You need to be flexible and have 1 to 2 years of similar experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required and you must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational keys and strong proficiency with MS Office are required. Knowledge of the local communities is highly desirable and you must be willing to become a NH Notary. You will need to possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within our region. Mileage is reimbursed. Hybrid work may be available after 90 days of employment.

Most major holidays and 3 weeks of PTO your first year which increases to 4 weeks of PTO upon your 1st anniversary.
