Setting: Outpatient - Wound Care
Location: Rawlins, WY
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8A-5P
Pay: Competitive salary based on experience plus a full benefits package!
The Program Director will be responsible for increasing business through sales/marketing strategies as well as collaborating with the Nurse Manager on the day to day operations of a wound care center to include clinic flow, employee management, and budget.
- Marketing to physicians practices, nursing homes and LTC facilities to solicit business to build patient census
- Develop and manage business partnerships
- Collaborates with team to ensure referral best practices, goals and targets are being met
- Manage wound care center operations
- Employee management (6 employees) hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
- Financial and budget management (revenue cycle, labor/supply, reimbursement changes)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Recent healthcare sales and/or marketing experience
- Strong management and operations experience
- Must have a Registered Nurse license
- Clinical and/or management experience in a related setting is a plus: wound care, home health, liaison, or hospice
- Superior communication skills, verbal and written
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, goal and results driven, and passionate of the healthcare field
