Program Coordinator (Non-Profit) plans and coordinates one or more programs of a non-profit organization. Coordinates fundraising, budgeting, and community outreach efforts. Being a Program Coordinator (Non-Profit) develops an event calendar and implements programs that align with the organization's vision, mission, and goals. Creates program materials, establishes staffing requirements, and ensures that the program achieves stated objectives. Additionally, Program Coordinator (Non-Profit) measures the performance of programs and makes adjustments to optimize results. Utilizes a client relationship management (CRM) or another system to organize information and facilitate outreach communications. Works with partners on special events that publicize the organization and its programs to the community. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Coordinator (Non-Profit) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Currently seeking a full time and permanent Registered Nurse, Home Health to treat in the Greater Dexter Region for a well established, non-profit and medicare certified agency. Territory includes but is not limited to: Dexter, Hamburg, Pinckney, Whitmore Lake, Michigan Areas. Branch is apart of a larger, not for profit system that is extremely financially stable and well respected.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-4:30PM with a weekend rotation (approximately once per month but varies)
Benefits and Compensation for the Registered Nurse, Home Health:
- Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $75,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year (depending on experience and qualifications) plus additional per diem rates for any overtime visits completed (if desired)!
- Comprehensive health, dental and vision plans for employee and their families with extremely low out of pocket contribution (Starting DAY ONE of employment!), mileage reimbursement at .58 cents/mile

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse, Home Health:
- Case manage and conduct a total of 29 "points" per week in the homes of adult and geriatric patients living in the Greater Dexter, MI Area
Requirements for the Registered Nurse, Home Health:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience working in acute care or medicare certified home health is required
- Previous wound care experience a huge plus
