Currently seeking a full time and permanent Registered Nurse, Home Health to treat in specific zip codes in the Greater Wilmington, DE for a well established, non-profit and medicare certified agency. Nurse will be responsible for conducting patient admissions, following through with plan of care, providing wound care, and other nursing care as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with flexible hours, plus on weekend required per month.
