  • We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join our Rushmore Compounding retail team. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, hard worker, and excellent attention to detail. Your friendly attitude and helpful approach will help identify clients’ needs as they enter our pharmacy, manage inbound and outbound calls work with other teammates to meet deadlines and provide excellent customer care to current and potential customers. The most successful representatives have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a high functioning team are crucial.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients as soon as they enter Rushmore Compounding Pharmacy
    • Identify and address customer needs
    • Collects payment for patient medication at point of sale
    • Answers telephone calls and handles questions
    • Make outbound calls to update customers on prescription status, make delivery arrangements, clarify prescription details,
    • Determines who and how products and services are delivered
    • Enters patient intake data into the computer
    • Comply with all security measures and quality standards
    • Performs housekeeping duties
