Sincere interest in Functional / Medicine / biohacking desired (are you already reading FM books, listening to podcasts)? . The office is small (2 people) and actual patient hours are limited. Experience in front/back medical office helpful and but not mandatory for correct person. Daily / weekly bonuses based on set performance goals makes potential pay much higher- $50/h or beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with insurance verification and billing procedures
- Manage inventory of office supplies and medical materials
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
