    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
    • Manage scheduling and appointment coordination to optimize patient care and resource utilization.
    • Lead a team of administrative staff, dental assistants, and hygienists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Maintain accurate patient records, billing information, and insurance claims processing.
    • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
    • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
    • Collaborate with the dentist and dental specialists to coordinate treatment plans and schedules.
    • Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and expense tracking.
