Purpose and Objective
The Pension Analyst Supervisor will co-lead a growing team of analysts located in our Stamford, CT location who service annuitants and clients from Legal & General’s U.S. Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) business. The team also provides our Service Associate team with ongoing training support for sophisticated processes, product training, and pension concepts.
The Supervisor will collaborate with the Pension Analyst Manager to develop and implement strategies, technologies, standards, procedures, and measurements that improve overall efficiency and quality. They will also be expected to take ownership of a small number of ad hoc projects, high-profile cases and provide necessary services, as needed.
