    ### Responsibilities

    - Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics as assigned

    - Prepare case summaries and briefs for attorney review
    - Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as required

    ### Experience

    To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

    - Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
    - Familiarity with fraud prevention detection techniques
    - Experience with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis or Westlaw
    - Proficient in legal drafting and document review
    - Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide recommendations
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
