    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    The Division of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Texas Woman's University located in Denton, Texas is seeking candidates for a tenure track Assistant Professor to:

    1. teach undergraduate and graduate chemistry and science courses;
    2. establish a nationally recognized research program;
    3. mentor and guide undergraduate and Master's students in innovative research projects within our new state-of-the-art research facility; and
    4. collaborate effectively within the division, college, and university, and
    5. contribute to the division, college, and university through service.

    Applicants should have a Ph.D. in chemistry or biochemistry, post-Doctoral experience is preferred but not required. Preference will be given to individuals with research interests in biochemistry and related areas.
