The Department of Science, Technology & Mathematics at Lincoln University (Jefferson City, MO) is seeking applicants for a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track appointment beginning August 2022. Primary expectations include: a) teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in general and physical chemistry, and b) development of an active, externally funded research program. Lincoln University faculty are expected to also advise and mentor students and serve on departmental and institutional committees. Preference will be given to applicants with prior teaching experience, a record of grantsmanship, and a desire to serve in a student-centered University.
Qualifications:
1. Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or related area is required.
2. Interest in developing a research program which can incorporate motivated undergraduate students is strongly desired.
3. Prior experience in engaging diverse undergraduate students is preferred
