Are you searching for an opportunity to advance your career?  Architecture Incorporated has an opportunity for a licensed Architect to join our firm in Rapid City, SD.  This is an opportunity for an individual to grow in their field and assume the responsibilities of a Project Architect.  We are looking for someone with creativity, experience, and a professional work-ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of proposals and interviews to obtain new work
• Assist with production and delivery of design solutions throughout all phases of a project 
• Assist with the preparation of specifications
• Assist with building code analysis
• Assist and become responsible for Contract Administration services
• Assist Project Manager with project schedules, coordination of in-house project team, consultants, and contractors throughout a project
• Assist in maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business connections
• Assist with the USGBC LEED certification process on projects that require certification

EDUCATION

• Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited school

EXPERIENCE

• Must be a licensed architect with five or more years of licensed experience
• Knowledge of architecture and design concepts, best practices, and methods
• High level of creativity, innovative thinking, and problem solving
• Experience in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Lumion and/or a similar rendering software
• Experience coordinating work efforts of team members, including consultants & contractors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
• LEED AP or GA or equivalent preferred but not required
