OZ Architecture Seeks to add a part time entry-level IT Technician I support member to its IT team. This part-time position may become full-time dependent on workload. Responsibilities to encompass the support ofa firm of 150 staff in a single office location. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service attitude and can support a variety of hardware/software products. Interested candidates must have an entry level understanding and knowledge to support and maintain a local area network (LAN) and understanding of a wide area network (WAN). Candidates should also be able to support a variety of AV (Audio Visual) and phone systems. Experience working with or for AEC (Architecture Engineering and Construction) (Architecture Engineering and Construction) (Architecture Engineering and Construction) firms a plus. This role reports directly to IT Manager and Director of IT.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer/direct internal client trouble tickets/calls
Learn, troubleshoot, and support design teams with our project-presentation immersive technology.
Monitor OZ networks using network monitoring tools and assist in troubleshooting problems/questions that arise during the day,
Create proactive and reactive trouble tickets to summarize staff repair issues,
Perform trouble isolation and initiate corrective action on staff reported problems,
Engage and coordinate with other support teams to assist with more complex trouble resolution,
Follow-up, manage, resolve, and close assigned trouble tickets.
Bachelor of Information Science, Computer Science, a related field degree and/or 2 years of IT Help Desk experience.
1-3 years prior experience of related IT experience.
