We are seeking a Director of Emergency Services to join our Hospital's Nursing team in Las Cruces, NM. Great leadership and support staff in place, very well-run organization. - $110k-$130k, depending on experience

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Nursing required, advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Admin, MBA) strongly preferred
- Current RN license in the state of New Mexico required
- Minimum 7 years healthcare experience with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role required, experience with for-profit hospital strongly preferred
- BLS, ACLS and PALS required, TNCC must be obtained within 6 months of hire
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
